    • A general area is selected
    • Market is researched
    • Tax and economic incentives are uncovered

    Site Inspection & Tours

    • Site tours are scheduled.
    • Coordination of architectural / contractor evaluation to assist in determining final property solutions.
    • Repeat until property short list is approved.
  • Step 4

    Site Selection

    • Post tour follow up
    • Executive summaries
    • Cost analysis
    • SWOT and financial analysis of alternatives
  • Step 5

    Lease (or purchase) Negotiations

    • Leverage deal from position of strength
    • Coordinate negotiations of terms with legal council.
    • Lease/purchase agreement is drafted and reviewed by all parties.
  • Step 6

    Post Leasing (or purchase) Services

    • Assist with project management
    • Objectionable terms are re-negotiated and amended.
    • Finalize Lease (or purchase).
